Earlier in the year he helped Real Madrid win the Liga Endesa, the top league in Spanish Basketball and today (19th May 2019) Kareem and his team have become the Champions of Europe.

Director of Leicester Warriors Karl Brown who was the first English player to play in the NCAA Basketball Finals with Georgia Tech said:

“This is an amazing achievement for Kareem Queeley to win the Euroleague. He is the only English player to do so and at the age of 18 shows his commitment, skill-set and love for the game. He came to the Leicester Warriors at the age of 10 and we have seen him grow into an adult who can compete at the highest level in Europe, and we are all very proud of him”

In the Semi finals versus Crvena Zvezda he was the top scorer with 14 points and overall in the the Adidas Next Generation Tournament Kareem had a shooting percentage of nearly 70% averaging 23 minutes per game.

Kareem Queeley started off at the Leicester Warriors at the age of 10 and now at the age of 18 he is a European Basketball Champion. An amazing achievement for a player who started playing at Rowlatts Primary School, Leicester, and then came along to St Matthews Sports Centre/Evington Leisure Centre to play and train with the Leicester Warriors. Along with his teammates they won various league titles and also went onto play in the Basketball England Final Fours.

Under the watchful eye of the Leicester Warriors Coaches they nurtured and helped him to become a better player and then at the age of 14 he signed for Real Madrid Basketball.

At Real Madrid Basketball not only has Kareem won many championships he was also invited to the Jordan Brand Classic in New York in 2017:
